This website provides information about Oxflare Property Management. You may browse it, request information, and submit enquiries through our forms. You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Oxflare Property Management is provided to customers under a separate agreement or order confirmed at the time of setup, which may include specific terms about your subscription plan, billing and usage. These Terms apply generally, alongside any such agreement.
If you or your organisation are given access to the Oxflare platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Where applicable, fees for the Oxflare platform are set out on our Pricing page or in your specific customer agreement. Prices shown on this website are indicative and are confirmed for your portfolio during setup.
The Oxflare name, logo, website content and the Oxflare platform itself are the property of Oxflare and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you, other than the right to use the Service as intended.
Property, tenant and financial records entered into the Oxflare platform by a customer remain the property of that customer. See our Data Policy for detail on how this data is handled, exported and deleted.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to any notice period set out in your specific customer agreement.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxflare disclaims warranties of any kind, and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited as set out in your customer agreement, or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
